7 Great Atlanta Engagement Photo Locations
You're ready to do your engagement session, but where should you go?
When I'm scheduling engagement photo sessions, my goal is to find a spot that is meaningful for the couple. When you have a personal connection to the location, it gives the images an added level of meaning, especially when life moves you around to new cities. But, if you're new to Atlanta or just want a spot that celebrates the city, here are some of my favorites.
Piedmont Park
Probably the most popular location, because there's something for everyone. Great views of the Atlanta skyline

Jackson Street Bridge
The ultimate iconic view of Atlanta. It gets packed at sunset, so space can be limited, but it's an experience to be there.

Cator Woolford Gardens
For a $100 fee, you have full access to these beautiful gardens in Decatur, and because they limit how many guests have access at a time, it's never swamped with people.

Marietta Square
I could shoot here all day. Beautiful textured walls, lots of cute little nooks, and tons of character, not to mention a romantic fountain.

Roswell Mill Park
A covered bridge, romantic paths, and even a waterfall make this a romantic spot.

Ponce City Market
The area around Ponce City Market is the perfect urban setting for engagement photos. Brick walls, interesting architecture, and it's just steps from the Beltline with great murals and city views.

Your Own Favorite Spots
I love doing engagement sessions at a place that is special or meaningful to you and your journey as a couple. Have a favorite restaurant, venue, or activity? Let's try it!
